Custom orders cannot be refunded, due to its customization they are not longer valid to sell.

I am not taking responsibility when pants dont fit you if u measured them wrong

If I made ur pants with wrong measurements (difference is more than 5cms) I will make new ones as soon as possible and ship them to u after u return the old pair.
